Organic White Tea is produced from tea leaves that are from the Camellia sinensis plant and harvested in early spring. White tea is generally considered to be healthier than green or black tea as it has more antioxidants and is the least processed of the these teas.
BREWING GUIDE
Makes 1 cup / 230 ml of tea
1. Bring fresh water to boil and let it cool down for around 5 to 8 minutes before adding to your cup or teapot
2. As a general rule, add two teaspoons of tea leaves for one cup of tea (the amount of tea leaves will depend on how strong you like your tea)
3. Steep for 7 to 10 minutes
4. Re-steeping can be done several times, with steeping times increasing as needed
It is recommended to use an infuser when steeping your tea.
