Organic Japanese Matcha is a green tea powder originating from Japan. The tea leaves are harvested and then ground by a ball mill into a fine powder. This powder is then mixed with water to create a full-bodied green tea with a unique and rich taste that is also full of antioxidants.
This Matcha tea powder is typically used for culinary purposes including matcha lattes or smoothies however can be consumed by itself as well.
BREWING GUIDE
Makes 1 cup / 230 ml of tea
1. Place 1/2 teaspoon of matcha into a cup
2. Add a tablespoon of hot (not boiling) water.
3. Using your spoon to mix thoroughly to remove any lumps of matcha
4. Serve as it is, over cream or as matcha latte.
Ingredients: Finely ground organic green tea leaves.
