At Daily Tea Fix, we strive to provide you with affordable organic loose-leaf tea. As part of our mission to do this, we offer highly competitive shipping rates and terms to our customers. Our shipping rates are detailed below and include a tracking service with the relevant courier.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders made before 4pm AEDT the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For all orders made after 4pm AEDT, we will send these the following business day. For your convenience, we are also able to deliver to PO Boxes as well as Australia Post Parcel Lockers. We have provided below the average shipping times (based on Standard / Regular postage) from Sydney to various capital city locations across Australia, based on information provided by Australia Post. These shipping times may vary depending on a variety of factors.

  • Sydney: 2 days
  • Melbourne: 2 to 3 days
  • Adelaide: 2 to 4 days
  • Brisbane: 2 to 3 days
  • Perth: 4 to 5 days
  • Darwin: 4 to 6 days
  • Hobart/Launceston: 3 to 5 days
  • Rural Areas: Up to 1 week, depending on location

For Express Post orders, the shipping time is generally 1 business day, however we suggest that you allow up to 2 business days.

Order Tracking

All packages (except for samples) will be sent with a tracking number to allow you to track your order online. A notification SMS or email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched which will also include your tracking number. Tea samples will be sent via standard letter post and will not have a tracking number.

We recommend that you track the status of your package at the relevant courier’s website to obtain an accurate delivery date. If you are not home to collect the package, it will be taken to your nearest post office or delivery facility for pick up. Alternatively, we recommend that you have the package delivered to your workplace.

During the checkout process, we can also offer safe drop so please also let us know if you the courier can leave the parcel at a safe location at your premises without a signature. If you provide us with authority to safe drop, we will not be responsible for lost or missing items.

It is important to note that the courier may return your package to us for various reasons. This could be due to an incorrect address or failure to collect your package from the post office or delivery facility within a certain amount of time (usually 5 to 7 business days). In this situation, you will have to pay the shipping charges again to have your delivery re-sent. We recommend that you track your package at regular intervals to help mitigate this issue. We also recommend that you confirm the delivery address to ensure that it is correct prior to shipping.
