Organic Chamomile Tea is a herbal tea made from dried chamomile flowers, which contain chemicals called flavonoids that are essentially a type of nutrient present in many plants. Chamomile tea is naturally caffeine-free.
BREWING GUIDE
Makes 1 cup / 230 ml of tea
1. Bring fresh water to boil in a mug or teapot
2. Add around 1 to 2 teaspoons of chamomile flower to your infuser
3. Steep for around 5 minutes
It is recommended to use an infuser when steeping your tea.
