Organic Goji Berry is a popular berry commonly used in chinese recipes. Brewed goji berry brings a tarty and tomatoey like flavour with just a slight hint of sweetness. It is packed full of antioxidants and other minerals. Goji Berry is naturally caffeine-free. You can consume the berries raw as snacks or after brewed.
BREWING GUIDE Makes 1 cup / 230 ml of tea
1. Bring fresh water to boil and let it cool down for a minute or so before adding to your cup or teapot
2. As a general rule, add one teaspoon of Goji Berry for one cup of tea (the amount of tea will depend on how strong you like your tea)
3. Steep for 6 to 7 minutes
4. Honey or sugar can be added if desired, or it can be consumed as is
